Sales Support Coordinator

Support our Business Development and Key Account Managers with their growing customer base, it’s a great time to join our growing sales team. Your week will be a mix of supporting our existing customers, phone/email contact with customers, coordinating product development, supporting tendering and uniform rollouts, maintenance and set-up of customer online portals, manipulating spreadsheet data to provide key customer information plus more. With a real interest in clothing and the apparel industry, you love supporting others and delighting customers. On the job, full training will be provided.

This position reports to the Customer Experience Team Leader and involves:

  • setting up and maintaining client requirements to enable efficient seamless ordering
  • preparing reports and maintaining contact with significant stakeholders in our Key Account organisations
  • customer online database maintenance and support
  • supporting the preparation of pitches for prospecting
  • assisting with tender preparation including proofing tenders and costing models, organising samples, and assisting with presentation preparation
  • processing Product Development Requests to help create and set-up new garments
  • learning an exciting, ever changing product range
  • managing the implementation info with the implementation manager
  • making outbound calls to assist with account sales and ordering

You’ll have:

  • around 2 years customer service/sales support experience (both would be a plus)
  • experience working with large data sets in MS Excel (able to understand the numbers and manipulate the data)
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • a friendly and warm nature and enjoy helping others
  • very good organisation skills
  • a strong attention to detail
  • a team approach – happy to cover for others in the team
  • experience working within ERP and online ordering systems
  • proven advanced MS Excel skills and intermediate MS Word Skills
